Checkout my rerender The Luggage Redux.


I'm really happy at how this came out. Completely box modelled by hand, didn't take to long either.

Update: 18/04/06

Sorry watchers about the update, but I've made some changes that I feel improve it a lot.

1: The planks on the lid go from left to right as apposed to front to back.
2: Extra rivets.
3: Wood has been place at both ends of the lid, as apposed to it being all metal.
4: Handles have been added to both ends of the main body.
5: The colours have been edited to follow the Discworld 2 game colour scheme for the luggage.
6: Improved bump mapping on the lid.
7: The entire chest has been given a noise modifier, to make it look more alive and give it a feeling of age.
8: The render has been improved with Lanczos sampling as apposed to the simple Box filtering used prior. This edit increases detail and sharpens up the image.

Update: 25/04/06:

1. Improved the bronze material.
2. Improved the teeth material.
2. Added cobbles as floor.
